HI THERE!
Before I get to know your story, here’s a little piece of mine.
My story starts young; I met my husband when I was just 15, and nearly a decade later we’ve built a life we’re incredibly proud of — raising our girls on his family’s generational hay, cattle and horse properties.
Before becoming a mum, I competed in western sports myself, but these days I still get to enjoy the thrill of rodeo from the sidelines as my husband works as a bullfighter. Most weekends are spent travelling the country for him to work in the arena, protecting bull riders.
This lifestyle isn’t a backdrop to my work — it’s who we are, and where my passion lies. I’m drawn to honest moments — the wild, the tender, the unposed. Whether it’s the rush of a rodeo, the quiet strength of motherhood, or the kind of family memories you wish you could freeze forever, my goal is to capture your story exactly as it feels: warm, real, and a little bit magical.
Somewhere between motherhood and life as a farmer’s wife, I realised I’d slowly lost a little piece of my own spark. I adore my family, our lifestyle, and the work we put into our generational farm — but I was craving something that was mine.
Photography became that spark.
It gave me passion, purpose, and a creative fire I hadn’t felt in years. It became more than a business — it became a promise to myself and to my girls. A reminder that women can chase dreams at any stage of life, and that one day they’ll know their mum didn’t just survive the busy seasons… she created something she’s proud of.
I also owe a quiet thank you to a fellow photographer who encouraged me to finally create The Edit, home of both the COWGRL Edit and The WESTRN Edit. Their support played a big part in giving me the confidence to step into this path, and I’m so glad I listened.
That spark I rediscovered through photography now sits at the heart of every session I offer. The Edit isn’t just a business — it’s a piece of my heart. And every time someone chooses me to photograph them, I get to share that passion, that purpose, and that love for storytelling with them.
So if you’ve made it this far, thank you for taking the time to read my story. I truly can’t wait to capture yours.
