Christmas Minis are back for 2026, and this year The COWGRL Edit is bringing you two beautifully different Christmas experiences to choose from.
Whether you’re drawn to the warmth and tradition of an indoor Christmas setting, or the nostalgic country charm of an outdoor session, both have been thoughtfully created to give you beautiful, timeless photographs of your family during one of the most magical times of the year.
Short, sweet and relaxed — perfect for updating the family photos, creating Christmas cards, gifting to grandparents, or simply documenting another Christmas with your little people.
A Timeless Christmas
A cosy, traditional Christmas setting with a timeless feel. Think warm neutrals, beautiful Christmas details and a little touch of magic — all within the comfort of my private indoor studio.

Styled indoor Christmas studio
Immediate family / one household only
All suitable professionally edited images
Black & white copies included

Set outdoors in a beautifully styled location, these sessions bring together the nostalgia of a traditional Christmas with the relaxed, earthy feel that you know and love from The COWGRL Edit.
Expect natural interaction, beautiful light and plenty of room for those little personalities to shine.

This year, Dusty Lens Co will be joining us for selected Christmas Mini sessions to capture all of those sweet little moments happening in between the photographs.
Add content creation to your Christmas Mini and receive candid, behind-the-scenes video clips from your session — the giggles, cuddles, little hands decorating, and all of the beautifully unplanned moments that make Christmas with your family feel like Christmas.
Perfect for sharing on social media, creating your own little Christmas keepsake, or simply having another way to remember this season of your family.

Before you book:

Christmas Minis are designed for one immediate family / household of up to 5 people. Families of 6 or more must book two consecutive sessions to allow enough time. Extended families or multiple households will require a separate full session.

Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled time, dressed and ready to go. Sessions are booked back-to-back, so late arrivals will unfortunately have a shorter session. Your session cannot be extended beyond your allocated time.

Your session is not secured until the required booking process and payment have been completed. Due to the limited availability and nature of Christmas Minis, session times cannot be held without payment.

This is Christmas — so have a little fun with it!
Whether you’re dreaming of matching Christmas pyjamas, festive colours, beautiful neutrals, denim and boots, or something a little more dressed up, wear what feels like your family.
There are no strict colour rules here — just come dressed in something you feel comfortable, confident and Christmassy in.
A little Christmas Style Guide tailored to this year’s setups will be sent out closer to your session date with outfit inspiration, colour ideas and a few helpful tips if you need them.

Christmas Mini sessions are offered on limited, designated dates. Rescheduling is therefore subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Please refer to your booking terms and conditions for cancellation and rescheduling policies.

All suitable images from your session will be professionally edited in The COWGRL Edit's signature style and delivered via an online gallery. Black & white copies are also included.

Due to the locations and styled nature of this year's Christmas Minis, pets are not permitted at either the indoor or outdoor sessions.
